TIO Ltd, exclusive organic carrot suppliers for Tesco’s, have implemented a range of environmental initiatives at their washing and packing facility in Forres. 

During the visit TIO shared how they cut their energy use by 20%, are aligning their practices with Tesco’s environmental expectations and how they're motivating staff through fun and engaging initiatives such as 'The Big Switch Off' and 'The Big Dump.' 

The visit included a tour of their facilities, presentations from TIO, SMAS and Sustainable Food & Drink and an informal question and answer session.
